Automatically transition to another scene when not in a game

If im not in a video game my screen automatically gets black. When i play league of legend if im not in game or in the LOL client my screen appears black. If we can have something can can make the transition to an other scene when we are not in game

Yeah, it was in previous version called "BRB Screen" if I recall correctly.
Would be very useful. Like couple of other features we had before and we don't have now with V4...
